The AI returns evidence and subscores; the exact math is computed by backend code, not guessed by the model, so the same resume and JD always produce the same score.

That said, the score is a guidance tool: it tells you how well your resume matches this specific JD's stated requirements, not a guarantee that a high score results in an interview or offer.
